Chateau Admissions

We strive to make the process as seamless and as comfortable as possible.

The Admissions Process

  • How long is the program?
Participants need to commit to at least one month at our facility but are welcome to stay for up to 90 days before moving to our outpatient program. We then slowly transition in a “step-down” fashion, meaning that we evaluate an individual’s needs on a weekly basis to help reduce the quantity and frequency of services while still helping people succeed.
  • How many individual sessions are held each week?
We offer individual therapy with a psychotherapist twice a week, one trauma modality session each week, and individual sessions with a substance abuse counselor once a week to ensure we are adequately meeting your needs for recovery.
  • How Important is Customization in Recovery?
There’s no point in undergoing someone else’s substance abuse or mental health treatment. However, if there’s only a general curriculum to work with, you do precisely that. At Chateau Recovery, our experts recognize that customization is vital. It provides you with the experience and processes you need to heal. The treatment has to fit the symptoms. Moreover, some people present with milder symptoms than others do. It only makes sense that the program they undergo adapts to their particular situations.
  • What about group sessions?
There are group therapy sessions five times a week, and they rotate between our four psychotherapists for a total of 10 hours per week. We also have group sessions with one of our substance abuse counselors five times a week for a total of five hours per week.
  • What is the integrative and holistic approach?
Our team uses a combination of traditional and non-traditional treatment methods to help us treat the whole self, or the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of addiction. We focus on lasting wellness and health through different techniques and therapies. At Chateau Recovery, we work together to find personalized approaches for each person that walks through our door.
  • Do you take insurance?
Many insurance plans will cover your costs, depending on the plan you have. It is best to give us a call to do an insurance check to ensure that everything is covered. At this time, Chateau Recovery is not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid.
  • How much does the program cost?
Since we take a personalized approach with each individual, levels of care vary, as will the frequency of sessions and other therapies. This will directly affect the cost each person pays, so we cannot give a specific price. Give us a call to schedule an assessment where we can discuss your situation and determine costs based on your needs.
  • Is PHP/IOP the best approach for everyone?
We don’t believe that there is a “best” solution for anyone, which is why we utilize traditional and non-traditional approaches to help each person individually. However, we know that our facility may not be the right place for everyone. That is why we do a free initial assessment to help determine if we are the right fit for each other. Some individuals may need more advanced care than we can provide, but we can recommend places that would be better suited to their needs.
  • Do you provide housing?
Chateau Recovery can currently accommodate 16 individuals at our facility. We accept men and women, and everyone is welcome to stay for up to 90 days.
  • Is there support for alumni?
If you have completed at least one month of treatment at our rehab facility, you are then able to participate in our alumni services, which include weekly group therapy sessions as well as family therapy sessions. These ongoing supports are offered free of charge to help you have the greatest chance of success on the path to sobriety.

How to Stay in Touch During Treatment

Connection is key to growth.

We understand that when an individual is struggling with an addiction or behavioral health disorder, their family members, including significant others, are considerably affected as well.

For this reason, and to ensure the overall success of our residents, we believe that family involvement is critical to the recovery process.
